2. Coverage
This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal, intended use of Renniks and Lighthouse/Leuchtturm products.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.

Normal wear and tear, including fading, scuffing, or general deterioration from regular use.

Damage caused by exposure to moisture, chemicals, corrosive substances, or extreme environmental conditions.

Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications.
4. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty:

Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at no cost, at our discretion.
5. Shipping Responsibilities

If a product return is required, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to our service centre.

Renniks will cover the cost of return shipping for any repaired or replaced product.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Renniks Group’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
7. Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
